There is a very cool app for the City of Louisville now available on Android phones and iPhones!  Here is a snippet from the Metro Louisville website:

Louisville Mobile is the mobile application portal for the City of Louisville, Kentucky. Version 1.0 marks the beginning of putting useful data in the hands of citizens in a useful, interactive format.
Our mobile suite provides citizens and visitors with current news and events and links to social media.

Stay involved! Find quick links and contact information to interact with local government resources, request services and provide feedback.

Stay healthy and ‘know-before-you-go’! Use our Restaurant Inspections app to locate and look up inspection
scores for local restaurants and other food establishments such as grocery stores and schools.

Stay active! Use the Park Finder application to locate parks by name and by amenities such as basketball, biking, fishing, golf, historic property and Louisville Loop access.

You can find the Louisville Mobile app in the Android Market (link to AppBrain) and in the iTunes store.
