Google added Instant Preview for Android 2.2+ or iOS 4.x devices. Basically, when you do a search, you can preview a website for each of the results by tapping on the magnifying glass (see screenshot).

One nice bonus: when you tap on the magnifying glass, you are in “preview mode” for not just that link, but for all of the links based on the search result. You can just scroll through visually, if you desire. Reminds me of Google Fast Flip!

I captured the Preview Mode in landscape view below, to make it easier to see the multiple images which appear.

I’ve only played with it briefly, but it appears the Instant Preview only appears in Web searches.  For example, if you are searching News, the magnifying glass does not appear.  Shouldn’t be an issue, as most people search Web by default.  Check it out!
