Verizon 4G says “Hello Louisville!”

Getting several reports of Verizon Thunderbolt owners seeing the lovely 4G icon in their notification bar here in Louisville!  One user emailed me his SpeedTest results, and they were an astonishing 20.62 MBps down and 36.90 MBps up!  Holy smokes, that’s fast! 

The folks over at ParkVu (creators of the Music WithMe app) are showing quite similar blazing speeds over on East Market.

So far, the reports have been coming from the downtown area, so my unofficial conclusion is that the “4G for Thunder” is already turned on.  Curious for some Thunderbolt owners to report on 4G connectivity elsewhere around town, and see just how far it currently reaches. Let us know!
